Can I cancel or change my order?

You may cancel or change your order at no charge before the proof has been approved and/or the order has been processed. If your order has been processed, you will be responsible for any charges incurred by PMSI as a result of cancelling or changing your order.

Do you guarantee delivery dates?

 PMSI will make every possible effort to have your order to you on your desired in-hands date. However we cannot guarantee delivery dates.

Can I order a pre-production proof?

You may order a pre-production proof of the item you ordered. There is a charge for this and it varies from product to product and from manufacturer to manufacturer.

Can I order a sample?

 We offer random samples (samples that may be blank or decorated with another company's logo), at no charge. Samples are sent via UPS Ground.

If you require faster shipping we can use your Fed Ex or UPS Account # or charge your credit card.

Pre-Production samples:
While we strive to get your order imprinted correctly, there may be times when you want to see a pre-production sample with your logo before we run your entire order.

A pre-production sample always adds additional production time to your order. The sample also costs additional money. The cost varies with each product chosen, so call for details.

Once you give us written or e-mailed approval for your pre-production sample, we head back to the presses for final production of the remaining pieces.

Note that the charges for a pre-production sample still remain even if the order does not proceed to final production.

Do you accept credit cards?

Yes. Visa, Mastercard and American Express.

We moved. Does your system automatically update our new address?

No. Our system does not update with your new address unless you tell us.

Do you have a minimum order?

Our minimum order is $75.00.

 

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Production Time begins when all art work has been approved, payment terms have been established, other necessary order details have been confirmed and the order has been sent to the factory. Production time varies from product to product and from manufacturer to manufacturer. Production time is measured in business days and excludes holidays and weekends.

What's an "over/under" run?

In some circumstances, a manufacturer may ship more or less than the quantity of product you order. This variance is called an over/under run and this has been a commonly accepted standard in the promotional products industry for many decades. This variance differs from each product line. Upon placing an order, a representative will inform you of this variance if it applies to your order. PMSI will do everything possible to reduce this occurrence. That said, it does occur and you will be billed for the exact quantity that ships from the factory.

Will I get a proof before my order goes into production?

PDF proofs are generally sent on all orders. When you approve a proof, you are releasing Professional Marketing Services, Inc. from any responsibility for any errors including but not limited to spelling.

On products that include free shipping, what service do you use?

Not all of our products include shipping but for the products that do include shipping, we use UPS Ground.

Do you charge a fee if my check bounces?

Yes, we charge the maximum amount allowable in the state of Connecticut.
