Art Requirements

Artwork Specifications are as follows:

Acceptable Formats:

Adobe Illustrator CC

• Create fonts into outlines before saving
• Please save file as a .eps or .pdf

Adobe Photoshop CC

(Adobe Photoshop files should only be submitted for FULL COLOR imprints)

• Create art to size
• Art must be 300 DPI or higher
• Must be able to manipulate layers
• Please save files as a .psd or .pdf file

Please include the following (if applicable) with all artwork submissions:

• Customer name
• Company name
• Phone number
• Your P.O. number

If you have any questions or problems sending artwork, please call 1-888-999-048. Send artwork/logo to marty@callpms.com by attaching the file to the email. Also include info referenced above so we may reach you if we have any questions.

IMPORTANT!

To help PMSI process your order efficiently, please inform us of:

1. The size you want the art to print
2. The location and the imprint color(s) including PMS color(s) if applicable

With each order, the first 1/2-hour of art clean-up/resizing from our onsite graphic artist is NO CHARGE! The majority of artwork we receive can be prepared for imprinting in this time.

Art requiring more than a 1/2 hour to prepare for imprinting is billed at $35.00/hour. We will let you know of any art costs once our design team has reviewed your file.
